Before diving into software development, I spent two years as a Virtual Assistant for an AAMCO Transmission repair shop. My responsibilities included ordering parts, scheduling appointments for customers, calling warranty companies to file claims on behalf of customers, and using Google Sheets to track inventory. This experience sharpened my organizational skills and taught me how technology can streamline business operations — which ultimately led me to pursue a career in software development.
